Imani Scruggs is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. As the 4-H Program Coordinator in Cuyahoga County he participated in the research, planning, and implementation of educational curricula and learning activities for a number of schools, libraries, and youth-serving community centers in the area. He has helped to plan and facilitate program activities on both a regional and county-wide basis interacting directly with program participants, volunteers, and office clientele. While Imani focused primarily on teaching hands-on STEM projects to elementary and middle school students, he also ran programs in financial literacy, drug prevention, bullying prevention, trauma informed care, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion).
