Celebrate the season with the Summit County Master Gardeners’ online holiday series, designed to inform you and get you into the holiday spirit. All programs will be offered via Zoom.

Forcing Amaryllis for the Winter Season, 6:30 p.m. Nov. 12

Timing is everything with amaryllis -- at least if you hope to have it in bloom for the holidays.  Learn how to force these showy flowers into bloom from Jacqueline Kowalski, agriculture and natural resources educator with the Ohio State University Extension. Jacqueline will discuss the origins, development and background of today’s amaryllis and share information on some of her favorites. Making a Boxwood Wreath, 6:30 p.m. Nov. 19
